Join research study

This is a psychoeducational research project conducted as part of Applied Psychology studies at Vizja University in Warsaw. I am not a licensed psychologist/psychotherapist. Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. This does not replace professional help.

Who is this for?

  • Adults (18–79) living in Poland

  • People who feel stress is “always on”

  • People who struggle to unwind and recover (including sleep)

What participation looks like?

  • 3 short online surveys: Day 0 / Day 7 / Day 14

  • Daily micro-practices to test in real life (no extreme routines)

  • Fully online, at times that fit your day

Approximate time commitment:

  • Surveys: 10–15 minutes each

  • Daily tasks: 5–10 minutes per day

ABOUT ME

What is SelfRegLab?

SelfRegLab is a small educational and research initiative focused on psychosomatic self-regulation the relationship between stress, body signals, habits, and recovery (including sleep). The goal is to translate psychological knowledge into short, realistic practices that people can test in everyday life.

I combine psychological knowledge, data from real life, and simple, realistic practices to support better stress management, recovery, and self-awareness under time pressure.


My work includes research projects, educational materials, and research projects, educational materials, and educational sessions (1:1 or small groups) on stress, sleep hygiene, and psychosomatic self-regulation.

About the person behind SelfRegLab

SelfRegLab is created by me - Sylwester Ejkszto experienced manager working in large international IT environments and a psychology student with a strong interest in how stress, performance and the body interact in everyday life.

This combination of practical experience in high-pressure projects and formal psychological education helps to keep work both realistic and evidence-informed.
